Great news for our existing carers – and carers who aren’t with us yet, for that matter: we’re increasing our pay rates.

To acknowledge the sacrifices that you all make to friends and family, we have rethought the weekend bonus system. Instead of getting bonuses for working additional weekends we have increased the weekend rate across the board.

From 4 December 2017 weekend pay will go up by 21% – to between £10 an hour and £11.90 an hour depending on your pay grade.

We believe the new rates will be fairer for all carers. Team members who have been picking up lots of additional shifts need not worry as they will benefit from the increased hourly pay across all weekends.
